Peter Bertheau Stromberg è nato nel 1975 a Stoccolma e vive a Taby, una cittadina pochi chilometri a nord della capitale con la moglie Kathrine con la quale ha avuto due figli: Nora e Markus.
Dopo aver frequentato il ginnasio Tyresö ha lasciato l'Università di Stoccolma per lavorare un anno come programmatore informatico prima di divenire un professionista di bridge a tempo pieno che ha insegnato presso la Scuola di Bridge Nya.
Peter è anche un giocatore professionista di poker.
In giovane età era già un World Grand Master e nel suo palmares internazionale figurano: l'argento nella Champion Cup del 2003, l'argento nell'Europeo Open a Squadre del 2004 e, sul circuito americano, il Mitchell del 2004 ed il Jacoby del 2003.
Nel 2012 arriva la consacrazione con la vittoria delle Olimpiadi di Lille e con l'argento nel Coppie ai World Mind Games. Nel 2016 ha vinto l'argento nella prima edizione dei Giochi Invernali Europei.
Peter è anche un professionista del poker sportivo.
Katherine Stensrud Bertheau, che è nata il 31 marzo 1975 a Kongsberg in Norvegia dove è cresciuta con la sua cara amica Tonje Brogeland, si è messa in luce negli Junior Camp di fine anni '90 ricevendo il premio Joan Gerard nel 1999.
Poi, una volta passata professionista, ha vinto gli Europei di Categoria del 2004 dopo aver guadagnato un argento nell'Europeo Transnazionale Misto del 2003.
Il bronzo conquistato nella Venice Cup del 2017, che si aggiunge a quello nella Mc Connell del 2006 e al'oro negli Elite Mind Game del 2017 e ad altri successi le hanno valso il titolo di World Women Gran Master.
Nel 2018 ha guadagnato l'argento ai Campionati Europei Femminili per Nazioni. e nella McConnell.
Vincitrice di decine di campionati nordici, finalmente nel 2019 il trionfo nella Venice Cup che bissato nel 2022 gli è valso il titolo di World Women Grand Master.
Nel 2023 ha vinto i Campionati Europei Femminili Transnazionali e nel 2024 ha guadagnato l'argento nelle Olimpiadi a Squadre Femminili.

Stromberg was born in 1975 in Stockholm and lives in Taby, a town a few
kilometers north of the capital with his wife Kathrine with whom he has two

After attending the Tyresö Gymnasium he left Stockholm University to work for a year as a computer programmer before becoming a full-time bridge professional who taught at the Nya Bridge School.
Peter is also a professional sport poker player.
At a young age he was already a World Grand Master and his international palmares include: silver in the 2003 Champion Cup, silver in the 2004 European Open Team Championship and, on the American circuit, the 2004 Mitchell and the 2003 Jacoby.
In 2012 he achieved consecration with the victory of the Lille Olympics and with the silver in the Pairs at the World Mind Games.
In 2016 she won silver in the first edition of the European Winter Games.
Katherine Stensrud Bertheau, who was born on March 31, 1975 in Kongsberg, Norway where she grew up with her dear friend Tonje Brogeland, stood out in the Junior Camps of the late 90s receiving the Joan Gerard award in 1999.

In 2018 she earned silver in the European Women's Championships by Nations. and in the McConnell.
Winner of dozens of Nordic championships, finally in 2019 the triumph in the Venice Cup which repeated in 2022 earned her the title of World Women Grand Master.
In 2023 she won the European Women's Transnational Championships and in 2024 she earned silver in the Women's Team Olympics.
