Michael Brad Moss è nato nel 1971 a New York City da una coppia di bridgisti del calibro di Mike Moss e Gail Greenberg (nella foto a destra).
Il fratello Andrew, di un anno più giovane, è anche lui un accreditato bridgista, la sorellastra Jill, di 10 anni più giovane, è una pluricampionessa mondiale.
Con tali maestri, Brad a 18 anni è stato ACBL King of Bridge e due anni dopo ha vinto il titolo di miglior giocatore di New York.
Ha conquistato il suo primo NABC's nel 1993 vincendo il Mixed Master Teams e più tardi ha formato una formidabile coppia con il genio dell'informatica bridgistica americana: Fred Gitelman.
Ha vinto il Cavendish Pair's del 2003, il Cavendish Team's del 2001, il Mitchell nel 1998, la Reisinger nel 2001, la Spingold nel 2000 e nel 2005, nel 2010 il Jacobs e il predecessore del White House nel 1994 e nel 2001.
Sul piano internazionale ha vinto la Rosenblum Cup del 2010, è arrivato secondo nel Transnational Open Teams del 2000 e terzo nella Bermuda Bowl del 2005 e nella prima edizione dei World Mind nel 2011 ha conquistato il bronzo sia nell'Open Pairs che nel Men Individuals.
Brad vive a San Anselmo, una cittadina circa 35 Km a Nord di San Francisco e, oltre a fare il professionista di Bridge, lavora come portafoglio manager in un Hedge Found.

It should come as no surprise to find that he took to bridge like a duck to water - his parents are Mike Moss and Gail Greenberg (see photo above).
Brad was named the ACBL King of Bridge at the age of 18.
Two years later, he became the youngest player ever to win the New York Player of the Year title.
Also in 1991, he was a member of the USA team that just missed out on a medal at the World Junior Teams in Ann Arbor, Michigan, finishing fourth, and won his first National title - the Master Mixed Teams. In 1993, he added to his tally by winning the Grand National Teams and the Life Masters Open Pairs.
His partnership with Fred Gitelmanhas shown great promise from its inception.
In 1998, their team won the NABC Board-a-Match Teams and they finished third in the Cavendish Invitational Pairs.
Since then, the pair has had much success, most recently winning the Bronze medal in the 2005 Bermuda and in the first edition of World Mind in 2011 in the Open Pairs and in the Men Individuals.
Brad lives in San Anselmo, California and beyond to do the professional work of Bridge as a portfolio manager in a hedge fund.
