Krzysztof  BURAS

 

 Krzysztof Buras è nato il 15 marzo 1980 a Chorzow, una cittadina poco lontana da Katowice, ed oggi vive a Varsavia dove ha studiato legge presso l'Accademia Komzinski.

 Krzysztof è un World Grand Master ed uno dei più promettenti giovani del bridge polacco.

 Dopo aver conquistato il bronzo in quelli del 1998, ha vinto il Jose Damiani Trophy nel 2000 e nel 2004. Nel 2005 ha vinto il World University Team Championships e ha guadagnato l'argento nell'Ortiz-Patino Junior Teams.

 Nel 2004 ha vinto la University Team Cup. nel 2007 ha guadagnato l'argento nel Campionato Universitario Europeo e ha vinto le Olimpiadi a Squadre Juniores del 2008,

 Passato nella nazionale maggiore ha vinto l'argento nel World Transnational Open Team del 2009, nel Campionato Europeo a Squadre del 2010 e nell'Olimpiade del 2012, ed il bronzo nel Campionati Europeo a Coppie Open del 2011.

 Ha anche vinto il Patton di Biarritz nel 2006 e il Cavendish Open Teams ed il Mitchell BAM nel 2014.

 Nel 2013 la medaglia di bronzo nella Bermuda Bowl  e due medaglie ai World Mind Games, l'argento nello Squadre Open e il bronzo nel Coppie Open.

Nel 2019 il trionfo nella Bermuda Bowl  e nel 2022 la vittoria nei Mondiali Transnazionali per Coppie Open.

  Krzysztof Buras was born March 15, 1980 in Chorzow, a town not far from Katowice, and now lives in Warsaw where he studied law at the Academy Komzinski.

  Krzysztof is an International Master World and one of the most promising young Polish bridge.

  Having won the bronze medal in the 1998, Jose Damiani won the Trophy in 2000 and 2004. In 2005 he won the Wolrd University Team Championships and earned the silver medal in the Ortiz-Patino Junior Teams.

In 2004 he won the University Cup Team,  in 2007 he won the silver in the European University Championship and he won the Junior Olympic Team in 2008.

Passed in the national team, he won silver in the World Transnational Open Teams in 2009, in the European  Team Championships in 2010 and in 2012 Olympiads, and a bronze medal in the European Open Pairs Championships in 2011.

He also won the  Patton Biarritz in 2006 and in 2014 Cavendish Open Pairs and Mitchell BAM.

In add on 2013 he earned the bronze medal in Bermuda Bowl and two medals in World Mind Games, silver in Open Times and bronze in Open Pairs.

Finally In 2019 the triumph in Bermuda Bowl and in 2022 in the World Transnational Open Pair.
