RIMSTEDT family

 Nata nel 1987 ad Halmstad una cittadina a metà strada tra Malmö e Göteborg, Sandra Rimsted fa parte di una famiglia di giovanissimi bridgisti che è vanto della sua nazione.

 La mamma Ann Rimstedt, ha trasmesso talento e passione ai suoi magnifici 4 figli: Sandra, Cecilia, Mikael ed Ola Erkin.

 Sandra gioca spesso in coppia con la sorella Cecilia ed ha rappresentato più volte il suo paese conquistando un argento e due bronzi ai Campionati Europei Giovanili Femminili negli anni 2004, 2005 e 2007.  Passata nella nazionale maggiore, ha subito guadagnato il bronzo agli Europei di Categoria del 2010.

 Cecilia, anche lei nata ad Halmstad, un anno dopo Sandra, oggi vive a Partlille, 10 chilometri ad Ovest di Göteborg, ha rappresentato più volte il suo paese e, in coppia con la sorella, ha guadagnato un argento ed un bronzo ai Campionati Europei Giovanili Femminili del 2004 e 2005.   Cecilia, che ha studiato matematica al Ginnasio e oggi frequenta l'Università di Goteborg, è fidanzata con Patrick Joahnsson (1981) che, nemmeno a dirlo, è anche lui un nazionale juniores.

 Mikael ed Ola sono nati, anche loro ad Halmstad, nel 1995 e sono una coppia di gemelli  che amano, oltre al bridge, il ping pong ed il golf.

Mikael, vive ad Halmstad dove studia all'Aspero Idrottsgymnasium.

Ola-Erik vive ad Haverdal, una cittadina costiera non lontana da Halmstad, e studia al Kattegatt Gymnasiet.

In coppia hanno già conquistato una medaglia d'argento ai Campionati Europei a Squadre del 2008 nella Categoria Under 18 (nella foto sotto i gemelli impegnati negli juniores nordici del 2011).

Born in 1987 to Halmstad a town midway between Gothenburg and Malmö, Sandra Rimsted is part of a family of young bridge players that is the pride of his nation. 

Mummy Ann Rimmsted passed on the talent and the passion to his magnificent four children: Sandra, Cecilia, Mikael and Ola Erkin. 

Sandra often plays in tandem with her sister Cecilia and has represented his country several times capturing one silver and two bronze medals in the Women's European Youth Championships (2004, 2005, 2007). Passed in the national team, she won the bronze medal at the European Championship (2010). 

Cecilia, who was also born in Halmstad a year after Sandra, now lives in Partlille, 10 km west of Gothenburg and she has represented his country several times paired with her sister and earned a silver and a bronze at the European Youth Championships Women (2004 and 2005).  Cecilia, who studied mathematics at the University of Högskolan in Halmstad,  is engaged to Patrick Joahnsson (1981) that is a national junior. 

Ola and Mikael were born, yet them in Halmstad in 1995 and they are a pair of twins who are studying at the Getingskolan School and they loved, over the bridge, table tennis and golf.

Today Mikael lives in Halmstad were he studied at the Aspero Idrottsgymnasium and Ola-Erik lives in Haverdal, a coastal town not far from Halmstad, and studied at the Kattegat Gymnasiet.

Together they have already won a silver medal at the European Teams 2008 in the Under-18 category (involved in the photo above the twins in the Junior Nordic of 2011).
