Stanislaw Gołębiowski è nati il 22 marzo del 1962 a Namisłow, una città polacca circa 60 Km. ad est di Breslavia dove ha concluso gli studi liceali, si è laureato al politecnico di Breslavia ma vive a Legnica, una città che si trova una settantina di km. ad ovest della stessa Breslavia, da oltre 25 anni.

 Titolare di una agenzia finanziaria ed assicurativa la moglie Teresa è un chirurgo ed hanno due figli: Marcin e Maciej.

 Stanislaw è una figura molto nota nel bridge polacco, ha ricoperto varie cariche amministrative compresa la vice presidenza della Federazione ed è presidente del Circolo dell'Università di Breslavia.

Organizzatore di molti eventi internazionali è stato premiato con la medaglia di bronzo della EBL nel 2013.

World Life Master, come giocatore oltre ad una quindicina di titoli nazionali ha vinto la Rosenblum del 2014, mentre, nella Champion Cup ha vinto due argenti (2004 e 2007) ed un bronzo (2013). Ha anche vinto i Campionati IMSA a squadre e a coppie nel 2016 ed ha conquistato un bronzo negli Europei Transnazionali del 2017.

Grande promotore del bridge giovanile polacco, ha capitanato o è stato coach delle squadre universitarie che hanno vinto i Campionati Europei nel 2009 arrivando all'argento nel 2011, che hanno vinto quelli Mondiali nel 2010, cogliendo oro e bronzo nel 2012.

É stato anche coach della nazionale maggiore polacca che ha vinto la Bermuda Bowl nel 2015 ed ha conquistato il bronzo nelle Olimpiadi dell'anno successivo.

Amante anche del calcio e dell'atletica, nel mondo del bridge è anche noto per aver vinto molto giocando con una miriade di partner diversi.

  Stanislaw Gołębiowski was born on March 22, 1962 in Namisłow, a Polish city about 60 Km. East of Wroclaw where he graduated from high school, after he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Breslau and lives in Legnica, a city that is about seventy km. west of Wroclaw, for over 25 years.

The owner of a financial and insurance agency, wife Teresa is a surgeon and has two children: Marcin and Maciej.

Stanislaw is a well-known figure in Polish bridge, has held various administrative positions including the vice presidency of the Federation and is president of the Circle of the University of Wroclaw.

Organizer of many international events was awarded the EBL bronze medal in 2013.

World Life Master, as a player, in addition to about fifteen national titles, won the Rosenblum of 2014, while in the Champion Cup, won two silvers (2004 and 2007) and a bronze (2013). He also won the IMSA Championships in teams and pairs in 2016 and earned a bronze medal in the 2017 Transnational European Championships.

A great promoter of the Polish youth bridge, he captained or has been coach of the universities teams that won the European Championships in 2009, reaching the silver in 2011, who won the World Championships in 2010, taking gold and bronze in 2012.

He was also coach of the Polish team who won the Bermuda Bowl in 2015 and the Olympics bronze medal in the following year's.
