Guglielmo è nato il 21 luglio del 1921 ed è uno dei napoletani della celebre scuola del Professore e uno dei fondatori del mitico Blue Team.
Sposato con tre figli si trasferì a Bari per lavoro.
Campione Italiano a squadre nel 1948, 1949, 1951, 1956, 1957 e 1959, prima di ritirarsi dalle gare per motivi di lavoro (era ingegnere civile) subito dopo aver disputato e vinto la sua ultima Bermuda Bowl , si era prima tolto la soddisfazione di guadagnare l'argento nel 1951 e vincerne altre due oltre a quattro Campionati Europei.
Era chiamato "l'omino delle nevi" per la sua incredibile freddezza al tavolo, che al contrario di quella di altri famosi campioni, non si disgiungeva mai da un'espressione cortese ed amichevole.
Non è dato di ricordare un suo commento aspro al partner.
Quando nel 1959 decise di abbandonare il bridge agonistico, lasciò anche un vuoto incolmabile tra i suoi compagni e tra i bridgisti tutti e ancor prima della sua dipartita, nonostante che avesse abbandonato le gare mezzo secolo prima, era ancora presente con il titolo di World Grand Master nella classifica dei più forti giocatori di ogni tempo edita dalla WBF.
Siniscalco ci ha lasciato il 5 dicembre del 2020.

Siniscalco was born 1921, July 21 and was one of the original members of the Blue
Team.
Married with three sons moved to Bari for work. He was civil engineer.
A professor of civil engineering, he came from Naples. Six times Italian Teams Champion (1948, 49, 51, 56, 57 and 59), Siniscalco was part of all the successful Italian teams of the fifties before leaving the team after the 1959 Bermuda Bowl.
He won a silver and three gold in Bermuda Bowl plus four European Championships.
He was called the "snow little man" for his incredible coolness to the table, which, unlike that of other famous champions, there is never separate from an expression courteous and friendly.
He is not to remember his harsh comments to the partner.
When he decided to leave the bridge in 1959, also left a huge void among his peers and among all bridge players, and even today, despite having abandoned the races for almost half a century, is still present with the title of World Grand Master in the ranking of the strongest players of all time published by the WBF.
