Lotan  FISHER

 

  Lotan è nato il 7 novembre del 1990 a Rishon Le Siyon, una città israeliana dove vive tutt'oggi, che è situata sulla pianura costiera centrale, a sud di Tel Aviv, una zona dell'area metropolitana della capitale che costituisce la quarta più grande del Paese.

 Ha studiato al Ginnasio Gan Nahum ed è iscritto alla Università di Herzliya.

 Lavora preso la Federazione di Pallamano sport che ha praticato assieme al soccer.

 Nessuno a casa sua conosceva il bridge che ha conosciuto a scuola quando aveva solo 11 anni. 18 mesi più tardi era Campione d'Europa Juniores!

 Si è messo in luce vincendo i Campionati Europei Giovanili a Squadre nel 2002, competizione nella quale ha poi guadagnato un argento nel 2009.

 Come Juniores ha vinto l'argento nelle Olimpiadi a Coppie del 2009, i Mondiali a Squadre nel 2010 seguiti dall'argento due anni più tardi, gli Europei a Squadre del 2011.  Nel 2013 guadagna ancora un bronzo agli Europei a Squadre Juniores.

 Nel 2011 la prima importante vittoria nella categoria superiore con il trionfo al Transnational Open  Teams a cui ha fatto seguito l'anno seguente la vittoria nel Cavendish Pairs seguita dall'accoppiata Spingold - Reisinger nel 2014 e dal Torneo a Squadre ai Giochi Mondiali della Mente e dalla Spingold del 2015.

 E' rimasto lontano dal bridge per oltre 5 anni a causa di una squalifica inflitta dalla EBL.

   Lotan was born November 7, 1990 in Rishon Le Siyon, an Israeli town located on the central coastal plain, south of Tel Aviv metropolitan area and part of the capital metropolitan territory that is the fourth largest city of Israel.

He studied at the Gymnasium Gan Nahum and enrolled at the University of Herzliya.

He works in Handball Federation, a sport that has practiced together at the soccer.

He knew the bridge to school when he was 11 years and 18 months later was European Junior Champion!

He won the European Teams Youth Championships in 2002, and in same competition has also earned a silver in 2009.

As a junior he won the silver medal in the Pairs Olympiads of 2009 , the World Teams Championships in 2010 followed by silver two years later and European Teams Championships in 2011. In 2013 he earned the bronze medal at the European Juniors' Teams Championships.

In the superior category the first triumph in 2011 at Transnational Open Teams which was followed the next year winning the Cavendish Pairs, then the Spingold (2014 and 2015), the Reisinger (2014) and the Open Teams at World Mind Games (2014).

He has been away from bridge for over 5 years due to a disqualification imposed by the EBL.
