François Combescure è nato il 20 aprile del 1967 a Tournant ma vive a Villeurbanne un comune limitrofo a Lione.
Laureato in ingegneria presso la Scuola Nazionale Superiore d'Informatica e di Matematica Applicata di Grenoble è il Direttore del Comitato di Bridge Lionese.
Sposato con Anna Cochet, anche lei nota bridgista francese, hanno avuto due figli d'arte: Sarah e Baptiste.
Divorziato, oggi vive a Lione con la seconda moglie Emma Magnen Combescure, un'altra nota bridgista e insegnante di bridge che ha lasciato la carriera professionale di ingegnere per dedicarsi a tempo pieno al bridge.
François che un World International Master, oltre al bridge ama il tennis e la lettura di romanzi del genero nero.
Vincitore di alcuni titoli nazionali ha fatto parte più volte della nazionale transalpina e nel 2016 ha vinto i Campionati Europei a Squadre Open, mentre, nel 2017 è arrivato secondo nella Bermuda Bowl.
Sarah Combescure è nata il 18 ottobre del 1996 a Valence una cittadina della Linguadoca circa 50 km ad Ovest di Avignone, ma vive a Villeurbanne nei pressi di Lione.
Ha studiato presso il Liceo Saint Louis - Saint Bruno e studia contabilità gestionale presso l'Institution des Chartreux. Le due strutture scolastiche sono entrambe situate a Lione.
Appassionata di pittura e filatelia, Sarah ha un fratello gemello Baptiste, anche lui medagliato a livello internazionale.

I due gemelli giocano a bridge da quando avevano 8 anni ed i loro genitori, entrambi appassionati bridgisti, li hanno spesso utilizzati per completare le Squadre delle gare a cui partecipavano.
Dopo qualche piazzamento a livello nazionale, Sarah ha vinto il Campionato Europeo Girls a Squadre nel 2015 e quello Mondiale a Coppie nel 2017 guadagnando l'argento in quello a Squadre.
Ha poi vinto il bronzo ai Mondiali Giovanili del 2018 con il Girls Teams.
Baptiste Combescure, che ama il tennis e studia per diventare consulente bancario, a livello nazionale ha già vinto due volte il Campionato a squadre Juniores (2013 e 2014), il Channel Trophy (2010) ed è stato Campione di Francia a Squadre nel 2013.
World Master, a livello internazionale ha vinto il bronzo ai Campionati Mondiali Under 21 a Squadre del 2012 e a quelli Mondiali Universitari del 2014 facendolo seguire dall'argento in quelli Europei Under 26 del 2017 e dal bronzo in quelli Mondiali a Coppie Juniores del 2017.

was born on October 18 1996 in Valence a Languedoc village of about
50 km west of Avignon, but lives in Villeurbanne near Lyon. She studied at the Lycée Saint Louis - Saint Bruno and
studies managerial accounting at the Institution of Chartreux. The two schools buildings are both
located in Lyon. Passionate about painting and philately, Sarah has a twin brother Baptiste,
also a medalist at the international level. The twins play bridge since they were eight years and their parents, both
passionate bridge players, have often used them to complete the Teams
competitions they attended. After a placement nationally, Sarah won the European Championship Girls Team in
2015 and the World Girls Pairs in 2017. In the same year she earned the silver
medal in the World Girls Teams. Finally in 2018 she won the bronze medal in
Girls Teams.
Baptiste Combescure, who loves tennis and studying to become a banking consultant,
nationally has already twice won the Junior Teams Championships (2013 and 2014),
the Channel Trophy (2010) and has been French Champion Team in 2013. Internationally, she won bronze at the World Under-21 Teams
Championships in 2012
and he earned same medal at World Teams Universities Championships of 2014
followed by the silver in the European Under 26 and by the bronze in the World
Juniors Pairs of 2017. In
2019 he won the memorial Jean-Paul Meyer
I at the European
Open.
