Jet  PASMAN

 Jet Pasman è nata a Broek un piccolo villaggio del Waterland a nord di Amsterdam dove è stata insegnante di ginnastica e dove ha iniziato a giocare a bridge nel 1974. 

 Jet è una World Life Master che è salita tra le prime 20 posizioni nella classifica mondiale di fine 2000.

 Dal 1989 al 1993, Jet è stata il capitano della squadra ladies olandese in 3 Europei, una Olimpiade e due Venice Cup.

 Jet, che è sposata con il  giocatore Chris Niemeijer, già coach della squadra femminile olandese e che dal 1979 ha formato un forte tandem femminile con Anneke Simons, ha vinto la Venice Cup nel 2000 ed è arrivata terza in quella del 2003 e del 2011, ha vinto gli Europei Ladies nel 2002 e ha conquistato l'argento nel 2003, nel 2004, nel 2006 e nel 2010. 

 È anche arrivata seconda nello IOC Grand Prix di Salt Lake City e a Philadelphia nella Mc Connell Cup del 2010 e ha vinto l'Europeo Transnazionale a Squadre Femminili di Antalya nel 2007.

  Jet Pasman lives in Broek in Waterland, a small village north of Amsterdam.

 She started playing bridge in 1974. Since 1979 she has been partnering Anneke Simons.

 Jet is a sports teacher and is married to the coach of the Dutch Senior team Chris Niemeijer, a former player in the Dutch Open team.

 Apart from bridge, golf is her great hobby. She also loves travelling and is already looking forward to the World Championships in Sydney 2010.

The further the championships are away from home, the better. Jet can hardly play any practice matches in the summer because of her 2 month long vacation!
