Simonetta è nata a Caserta nel 1967 e ha iniziato a giocare a bridge a metà degli anni '80.
Vive a Roma con i suoi due figli e ivi lavora come collaboratrice amministrativa di un Istituto di Ricerca.
Ha vinto l'argento nell'Europeo a Squadre Miste di Ostenda nel 1992 e in quello a Squadre Ladies di Pau nel 2008, inoltre, ha conquistato l'oro ai Campionati del MEC nel 1998 ed il bronzo negli Europei Transnazionali a Squadre del 2009
Ha rappresentato più volte la nazionale azzurra femminile e sul piano nazionale ha conquistato diversi titoli tra i quali ricordiamo: il Campionato Juniores a Coppie del 1989, il Campionato Misto a Coppie del 1989 e del 2000, la Coppa Italia Ladies nel 2003 e nel 2005, lo Squadre Miste nel 1991 e il Coppie Ladies nel 2005.
Queste affermazioni gli hanno fruttato il titolo di Italian Life Master.
Simonetta was born in Caserta in 1967 and started playing bridge in the mid 80s.
He lives in Rome with her two children and having worked as administrative assistant to a research institute.
He won silver in the European Mixed Team of Ostend in 1992 and in the Ladies Team of Pau in 2008, also won gold at the Championships of the MEC in 1998 and bronze in the European Transnational Teams in 2009.
He has represented several times the female national team and won several national titles among them are: the Junior Pairs Championship in 1989, the Mixed Pairs Championship in 1989 and 2000, the Italian Cup Ladies in 2003 and 2005, the Mixed Teams in 1991 and the Ladies Pairs in 2005.
These statements earning her the title of Italian Life Master.
