 Mike Kamil nato il 3 novembre del 1960 a Fort Lee una cittadina del New Jersey che sorge sulle rive del Potomac una ventina di Km a Nord di New York ed un professionista del Bridge a tempo pieno che vive a Holmdel Township (50 Km. a Sud di New York) e che ha imparato il Bridge dalla mamma che gli ha spiegato che ogni mano giocata un'imperdibile avventura.

 Ha completato gli studi superiori presso la Fort Lee High School e si laureato alla Columbia University di New York nel 1982.

 Dopo un periodo di 8 anni in cui ha lavorato come Operatore di Borsa si dedicato completamente al bridge, sia come insegnante che come giocatore e vive in California a Mountain View assieme alla sua compagna e collaboratrice Gabrielle Sherman.

 Nel suo palmares figurano  tra gli altri, le Vanderbilt del 1990 e del 2011, il Mitchell del 2004, vinto giocando in squadra con i Fantunes e la Reisinger del 2016.

 Nel 2011 ha partecipato alla Bermuda Bowl classificandosi quarto e nel 2012 ha ricevuto il Sidney H. Lazard Jr. Sportsmanship Award.

 Nel 2018 divenuto World Life Master e nel 2019 ha vinto la Vanderbilt.

  

  Mike was born on November 3, 1960 in a Fort Lee New Jersey town that lies on the banks of the Potomac twenty miles north of New York City and is a professional full-time Bridge who lives in Holmdel Township ( 50 km to South of New York) and learned the Bridge by her mother who explained to him that every hand is an unmissable adventure.

 He completed his studies at the Fort Lee High School and graduated from Columbia University in New York in 1982.

After a period of 8 years where he worked as a stock trader has dedicated himself completely to the Bridge, both as a player and as a teacher who lives in Mountain View, California along with his companion and collaborator Gabrielle Sherman.

On his awards include the Vanderbilt in 1990 and 2011, Mitchell 2004, won by playing as a team with Fantunes and Reisinger of 2016.

In 2011 he participated in the Bermuda Bowl and finished fourth in 2012 and received the Sidney H. Lazard Jr. Sportsmanship Award.

In 2018 he nominated World Life Master and in 2019 he won the Vanderbilt.
