Nato il 26 dicembre del 1974 a Kiryat Bialik, Yaniv Zack ha vinto diversi titoli nazionali ed ha fatto parte di tutte le nazionali Israeliane.
Zack ha conosciuto il Bridge quando aveva 14 anni ed è stato subito grande amore.
Laureato all'Ort Byalik college, oggi è un World International Master che gioca e insegna a tempo pieno.
Sposato con Shirly, hanno due figli di cui vanno molto orgogliosi.
Come juniores ha iniziato con il bronzo conquistato ai Campionati del MEC del 1996 seguito da quello conquistato ai Campionati Europei del 1998.
Nella nazionale maggiore ha vinto l'argento agli Europei Transnazionali del 2009 e il bronzo agli Europei a Squadre del 2010.
Zack ha anche guidato da capitano non giocatore la nazionale giovanile israeliana portandola alla conquista del José Damiani Trophy nel 2002 e a quella del secondo posto nel 2004.

Yaniv is a World International master who has won many national titles in Israel and represented Israel on the open team since 2004.
Yaniv has been playing bridge since 1988, and works as a bridge teacher/professional, and enjoys every moment of it.
He is married to his wife Shirly, and is the proud father of Eylon (3 years old) and Oren (1 week old.
As a junior he started with the bronze won at 1996 Teams Championships followed by the same metal in the 1998 MEC European Teams Championships.
In the major national team he won silver medal at the European Transnational Corporations in 2009 and bronze medal at the European Team in 2010.
Zack has also led to the non-playing captain of the Israeli national youth led to the conquest of the José Damiani Trophy in 2002 and arrive to silver in 2004.
