Nata a Roma nel 1928, Maria Vittoria Venturini è una delle poche bridgiste italiane ad aver guadagnato il titolo di World Life Master della WBF.
Lucia ha vinto una medaglia d'oro alle Olimpiadi Ladies di Miami e una d'argento nella Venice Cup di Venezia.
Sul piano continentale ha vinto 3 Campionati Europei Ladies consecutivi a partire dal 1970 e ha poi conseguito diversi altri importanti risultati nelle varie manifestazioni nazionali ed europee.

Venturini is one of the few Italian bridge players to have earned the
title of the World Life Maste.
Lucia won a gold medal at the Olympiad Ladies of Miami and a silver medal in the Venice Cup in Venice.
She has also won three consecutive European Ladies Teams Championships since 1970 and has also achieved several other important results in various national and European events.
