Anna Krystyna Sarniak was born on August 4, 1976 and is one of the best Polish bridge players.

 World Women Life Master, in addition to some national titles and several placements in the most important international tournaments, she won the 2013 Yang Guang Sheng Cup Pairs won the bronze at the 2016 European Women's Teams Championships, the silver at the European Mixed Teams Championships of 2015, the bronze at the European Transnational Women Teams Championships in 2007, and in 2018 the bronze at the European Women National Pairs Championships and the gold in the European Women Teams Championships.

In 2019 she won the IMSA Women Master's and the Women Italy Cup, in 2022 she earned the bronze medal in Venice Cup, the gold metal in the European Women Championships and newly the Women Italy Cup.
