Carole Claire Marie Puillet è nata a Lione nel 1987, ha studiato presso il Politecncio di Lione e l'Università di Leicester e lavora come ingegnere informatico presso il Politecnico dove ha studiato.
Amante della danza e della ginnastica è una delle migliori promesse del bridge transalpino.
Ai Mondiali a Squadre Giovanili Femminili ha guadagnato l'argento nel 2004, ai Campionati Europei a Coppie Under 26 del 2010 ha vinto la medaglia di bronzo, agli Europei Giovanili a Squadre Femminili ha conquistato il bronzo nel 2011.
