Albert & Ellis  FAIGENBAUM

 

  Albert Faigenbaum è nato a Parigi nel 1946 ed è stato un forte giocatore ed un rinomato insegnante francese che operava presso il famoso Stars Bridge.

 Dopo aver frequentato il Liceo Carnot, ha studiato presso l'università del Panthéon-Assa nel ricercato quartiere latino della capitale.

 Sposato con Tony che le ha dato due figli, è stato un World Life Master che ha colto il suo miglior risultato con la vittoria della Rosenblum del 1982.

 Dopo aver vinto il bronzo nel Campionato Europeo x Squadre Juniores del 1972 e un oro ed un bronzo in quelli del MEC nel 1973 e 1979, ha guadagnato due bronzi nel MEC a Coppie Open del 1973 e 1979 ed ha vinto il Patton di Biarritz nel 2008 nonché l'argento nella Champion Cup del 1979.

 Albert è scomparso il 6 aprile 2018.

Il fratello Ellis nativo di Edgware (Londra) vive a Laguna Woods in California con la moglie Marjorie Michelin dove insieme gestiscono il Costa Mesa Bridge Club e dove Ellis insegna bridge da oltre 40 anni.

  Albert Faigenbaum was born in Paris in 1946 and was a strong player and a renowned French teacher working at the famous Stars Bridge.

After attending High School Carnot, she studied at the Panthéon-Assa University in the sought after Latin capital district.

Married with two children, he was a World Life Master who achieved her best achievement with the 1982 Rosenblum victory.

After winning bronze at the European Juniors Teams Championships in 1972 and a gold and a bronze at the Common Market Junior's Teams in 1973 and 1979, he earned two bronze at the Common Market Open Pairs in 1973 and 1979 and won the Patton of Biarritz in 2008 as well as silver in the 1979 Champion Cup.

He suddenly disappears on April 6, 2018.

Brother Ellis native of Edgware (London) lives in Laguna Woods, California with his wife Marjorie Michelin, where together they run the Costa Mesa Bridge Club and where he has been teaching bridge for over 40 years.
