Joaquin  PACAREU

 Joaquin Pacareu è nato nel 1987 ed ha iniziato a giocare a Bridge quando aveva 12 anni.

 Ha studiato alla Padre Hurtado y Juanita de los Andes e vive a Santiago del Cile.

 Collabora con il padre in tema di antiquariato e fa il professionista di Bridge.

 Ha iniziato con il vincere i Campionati Juniores Sud Americani nel 2006 per poi allineare tre vittorie consecutive nei Campionati Sudamericani a Squadre (2008, 2009 e 2010) e fare una doppietta in  quelli Open a Coppie (2008 e 2001).

 Dal 2009 è entrato a far parte della Nazionale cilena.

Joaquin Pacareu was born in 1987 and started playing bridge at the age of 12.

 Instead of playing soccer as most of his young friends did, he learned to play cards.

These days, he works with his father in the antiques business. He also plays professional bridge during the American nationals and some South American tournaments.

Joaquin won the South American Junior Championship in 2006, but since then he has won the South American Open Teams Championship three times (2008, 2009, 2010), the South American Open Pairs Championship twice (2008, 2011), and was on the 2009 Chilean Bermuda Bowl team.
