Edouard è nato il 19 marzo 1992 a Riom, una cittadina poco a nord di Clermont-Ferrand e si è diplomato alla Scuola Economica ISC di Parigi.
Edouard, che è una delle speranze del bridge transalpino, ha vinto il Campionato Europeo a Squadre Under 18 nel 2008.
Ha vinto anche il bronzo agli Europei Giovanili a Squadre del 2009, l'argento in quelli per Squadre Under 26 e nel Coppie Mondiale Juniores del 2017.
Edouard suona il piano, il clarinetto e gioca a tennis.
