Debora Campagnano è nata a Firenze il 5 novembre del 1965 e vive a Vallauris con il marito David Domenech, anche lui noto bridgista, che ha sposato nel 2008. Prima di trasferirsi a Nizza, Debora ha lavorato nel campo della moda.
Ha iniziato a giocare nel 1991 sulla scia di un gruppo di amici che già giocava.
Ha vinto la Coppia Italia Femminile del 2010 e del 2014, i Campionati Italiani a Squadre Femminili nel 2002, nel 2011 e nel 2014, quelli a Coppie Femminili nel 2005 e nel 2008, nonché, un Campionato Italiano a Squadre Miste (2011) e una Coppia Italia Mista (2010).
Da quando si è trasferita in Francia ha formato una forte coppia femminile con Nathalie Frey con la quale ha vinto due edizione dei Campionati Femminili a Coppie Francesi (2012, 2013), fin quando non è stata convocata con la nazionale transalpina vincendo subito il bronzo ai Campionati Europei a Squadre Femminili del 2014 e la Venice Cup del 2015.
Oggi è arbitro in un circolo di Cannes e, avendo vinto le selezioni italiane, nel 2018 farà parte della nazionale azzurra.

Debora won the Italy Women Cup of 2010 and 2014, the Italian Women Teams Championships in 2002, 2007 and 2014, the Italian Women Pairs Championships in 2005 and 2008, the Italian Mixed Championshipsin 2011 and the Italy Mixed Cup in 2010.
Since she moved to France has formed a strong female pair with Nathalie Frey with whom she won two edition of the French Pairs Women's Championships (2012 and 2013), until she has been joined by the National transalpine immediately winning the bronze medal at the European Women Teams Championships in 2014 and the Venice Cup in 2015.
Today she directs in a club in Cannes and, having won the Italian selection, in 2018 will be part of the Italian team.
