Carmine Masucci è nato a Napoli l'8 settembre del 1947 ed è un giocatore della inesauribile scuola napoletana noto in campo bridgistico soprattutto per essere stato per diverso tempo compagno del mitico Pietro Forquet.
Avvocato civilista, ex docente di diritto commerciale, è uno dei pochi bridgisti italiani che riesce a rimanere ai vertici nazionali da dilettante dopo averlo incontrato negli anni settanta sulla piazzetta di Ischia.
Specialista del misto, Nino ha fatto parte della squadra azzurra che ha partecipato agli Europei di Ostenda e, in coppia con Emanuela Capriata, ha partecipato ai Mondiali di Montreal del 2002.
Sul piano nazionale ha esordito vincendo lo Squadre Juniores del 1972 per la sua Napoli ed ha vinto 4 Campionati a Squadre Miste nel 1989, 2001, 2015 e 2017.
