Lotte è nata a Zeist nel 1992 ed è la figlia maggiore del noto campione olandese Enri e studia ingegneria meccanica presso la Delft University of Technology.

 Nonostante la sua giovane età, Lotte si è già messa in evidenza conquistando la medaglia di bronzo al Campionato Europeo a Squadre Femminili nel 2009 giocando in una nazionale capitanata dal papà e nel 2010 nella squadra Youngsters olandese che ha preso parte ai Campionati Mondiali di Philadelphia.

 Lotte che ha imparato a suonare il piano quando aveva 5 anni, ha giocato per oltre 10 anni a tennis ed ora gioca a volley nella squadra della sua Università.

  Lotte was born in Zeist in 1992 and is the daughter of the Dutch champion Enri and she study mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Delft.

Despite her young age, Lotte has already been highlighted by winning the bronze medal at the European Championship in girls team (up to age 25) in 2009, and a bronze medal in 2010 in the Dutch Youngsters team (up until 20) which took part in the World Championships in Philadelphia.

Lotte told Infobridge: other than bridge I have played tennis for ten years but have switched now that I went to university to playing volleyball. I also play piano since I was five. I don't have maybe expectations about the future. I see what the future will bring me :)
