Alberto  GERLI

 

 Alberto Giovanni Gerli è nato il 30 agosto del 1980 a Milano, è laureato in ingegneria all'Università di Padova nella città dove attualmente vive.

 Proviene da una famiglia numerosa ed ha un fratello gemello Aldo, notaio e anche lui bridgista.

 Astronomo amatoriale, è sposato con Denise Corbetta che gli ha dato il figlio Alessandro.

 Dopo aver lavorato in Accenture ha fondato la start up Arianna LED ed oggi è CEO fondatore presso Tourbillon Tech.

 Ha iniziato a giocare a bridge ai tempi dell'università seguendo le orme del gemello che aveva iniziato qualche mese prima.

 Dopo aver vinto i Campionati Italiani Under 25 a Coppie nel 2003, venti anni di amore per il bridge lo hanno portato a vincere il Blue Ribbon Pairs e la Reisinger ai NABC del 2023.

Si era candidato per la Presidenza FIGB, sarebbe ora che un bridgista appassionato, giocatore vero e pure imprenditore provasse a turare le falle.

  Alberto Giovanni Gerli was born August 30, 1980 in Milan, he graduated in engineering from the University of Padua, where he currently lives.

He comes from a large family and has a twin brother Aldo, a notary and also a bridge player.

An amateur astronomer, he is married to Denise Corbetta who bore him his son Alessandro.

After working at Accenture he founded the start-up Arianna LED and today he is the founding CEO at Tourbillon Tech.

He started playing bridge at university, following in the footsteps of his twin who had started a few months earlier.

After winning the Italian Under 25 Pairs Championships in 2003, twenty years of love for bridge led him to win the 2023 Blue Ribbon Pairs and Reisinger.

He was a candidate for the FIGB Presidency, it would be time for a passionate bridge player, true player and also entrepreneur to try to plug the leaks.
