Carl Bernard Rubin č nato il 27 marzo del 1920 a Cincinnati ed č stato un avvocato ed un Giudice della Suprema Corte dell'Ohio.
Laureatosi nel 1942 presso l'Universitā della sua cittā, ha ricoperto diverse cariche amministrative in sede all'ACBL divenendone Presidente nel 1971.
Sposato, ha avuto quattro figli e si č spento il 2 agosto del 1995 nella sua Cincinnati.
Carl Bernard Rubin was born March 27, 1920 in
Cincinnati and was a lawyer and a judge of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
He graduated in 1942 from the University of his hometown, he has held various administrative positions in the all'ACBL becoming President in 1971.
He married and had four children.
He died on August 2, 1995 in its Cincinnati.
