Beverly  ROSENBERG

 

 Beverly Rosenberg è nata il 20 luglio 1932 nel Maryland ed è deceduta il 31 gennaio 2012 a Los Angeles dopo una lunga malattia.

 Beverly è stata una bridgista di spicco del bridge statunitense per oltre 50 anni, ha vinto quattro titoli nazionali tra i quali ricordiamo il Whitehead Trophy nel 1982.

 Figura rappresentativa del Barrington Bridge Club, ha fatto parte della nazionale USA in sei occasioni.

 

  Beverly Rosenberg (1932 - 2012) was an ACBL Grand Life Master with over 16,000 masterpoints. Her bridge career spanned six decades.

 She won four National Championships, had eight second-place finishes, and garnered over a hundred regional titles.

 She also represented the United States six times in International competition. Bridge was her life-long love, second only to her family.

 Beverly was a District 23 member from 1971 through 2011. The Barrington Bridge Club was her favorite local club and where she spent most of her time in her later years. Among her many partners were Hermine Baron, Steve Cohen, Carol Pincus, Marcia Masterson, and Stelios Touchtidis.
