Jim Glickman è nato nel 1953 a Chicago e si è laureato presso l'università del Michigan dove ha conosciuto la moglie Marlene che sposò nel 1976 e che gli ha dato tre figli.

Dopo un periodo passato a Detroit, la coppia si è trasferita in California dove hanno cresciuto i loro tre figli prima di trasferirsi definitivamente a Las Vegas.

Presidente e d Amministratore Delegato della LifeCare Assurance Company di cui è stato cofondatore nel 1988, è stato per diversi anni Vice Presidente del SOA.

Appassionato e valente giocatore ha fatto parte in un paio di occasioni di squadre che hanno rappresentato gli Stati Uniti e partecipa con una certa regolarità ai Campionati Americani.

Jim Glickman was born in Chicago in 1953 and graduated from the University of Michigan where he met his wife Marlene who he married in 1976 and who gave him three children.

After a period spent in Detroit, the couple moved to California where they raised their three children before moving permanently to Las Vegas.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the LifeCare Assurance Company of which he was co-founder in 1988, he was Vice-President of the SOA for several years.

Passionate and talented player has been part of a couple of occasions of teams that have represented the United States and participate with some regularity in the American Championships.
