Federigo   FERRARI  CASTELLANI

 

 Ghigo Ferrari è nato nel 1951 e vive a Milano, dove fa l'imprenditore di professione nell'azienda di famiglia fondata dal nonno nel 1904, opera nell’ambito dei trasporti e dei depositi generali. Dopo aver affiancato il padre fin da molto giovane, nel 1988 è diventato amministratore unico della società.

 Sposato dal 1988 con Federica Zorzoli scomparsa a metà del 2016 , anche lei buona bridgista e per più anni collaboratrice della Federazione, ha iniziato l'attività di giocatore a 16 anni (i genitori giocavano entrambi) ed ha ottenuto da Juniores diversi risultati e vittorie sia a coppie che a squadre.

 Il primo incarico istituzionale per la Federazione l’ha assunto superando l’esame da arbitro a 22 anni. Ha poi raggiunto nel tempo il massimo del livello arbitrale con la qualifica di Arbitro Capo.

 Dal 1979 è stato Consigliere prima e Presidente poi del circolo di bridge “Nerazzurro” a Milano.

 Dal 1984 al 1988 ha avuto l’incarico di Direttore dei Campionati Federali.

Dal 1989 al 1992 è stato Consigliere Nazionale con delega ai campionati.

Dal 1993 al 2000 ha assunto la carica di Direttore Operativo e dal 2001 al 2004 è stato Consigliere Nazionale.

Dal 2005 con l’approvazione dell’Assemblea Nazionale, gli è stato conferito il titolo di “Benemerito della Federazione”.

Dal 2005 al 2010 è stato Presidente Regionale del comitato della Lombardia ed, in contemporanea, dal 2005 al 2008 ha assunto inoltre la carica di Presidente del Settore Arbitrale.

Nel 2008 è stato insignito dal CONI della “Stella di Bronzo al Merito Sportivo” per gli anni di dirigenza sportiva.

Nel 2009 è stato membro del consiglio del Comitato Regionale CONI Lombardia come rappresentante delle Discipline Sportive Associate.

Dal 2009 al 2010 è stato chiamato dal Presidente del Comitato Regionale CONI Lombardia a ricoprire la carica di componente di giunta come rappresentante delle Discipline Sportive Associate.

Dal 2013 è responsabile del settore insegnamento federale.

Ghigo Ferrari was born in 1951 and lives in Milan, where he is an entrepreneur by profession in the family business founded by his grandfather in 1904, operates in the transport and general stores. After having worked with his father from a very young, in 1988 he became the sole director of the company.

From 1984 to 1988 he held the position of Director of the Federal Championships.

From 1989 to 1992 he was a Director with responsibility for the National Championships.

From 1993 to 2000, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and from 2001 to 2004, he served in the board National.

Since 2005, with the approval of the National Assembly, he was awarded the title "Meritorious of the Federation."

From 2005 to 2010 he was Chairman of the Regional Committee of Lombardy and, at the same time, from 2005 to 2008 also assumed the position of Chairman of the Sector Arbitration.
In 2008 he was awarded by the Olympic Committee of the "Bronze Star for Sporting Merit" for years of sports management.

In 2009 he was a member of the board of the Regional Committee CONI Lombardy as a representative of the Sports Discipline Associate.

From 2009 to 2010 he was called by the Chairman of the Regional Committee CONI Lombardy to hold the office of member of the junta as a representative of the Sports Discipline Associate.

From 2013 he is responsible for of the federal education sector.
