Jean-Pierre Carcy was born
October 7, 1935 in Issoudun a small town located in the center of France
in the Indre department.
He graduated from the College Honore de Balzac of Issoudun and from the
University of Poitiers.
Retiree, he has lived for decades in Nantes and divides his time between the bridge, golf and fishing.
Bridge player of national reputation, he has won several tournaments and French Championships and at the continental level has caught his best to win the Common Market Open Teams Championships in 1971 and coming in 4th place at the European Mixed Teams in 1992.
