La voglia di entrare con 2♥ è grande, lo so.

Però, se ci pensate su ben bene, avete troppo poco per farlo.

Est può avere null'altro che un buon colore di picche e, se è in misfit a cuori, probabilmente lo ripeterà, e sarete finiti già troppo in alto .

Entrare è una decisione molto pericolosa perché gli avversari hanno già mostrato di avere non meno di 20 PO sulla loro linea e Sud ha pure mostrato di non temere le picche.

Personalmente credo che sia più prudente aspettare l'evolversi degli eventi.

Supponiamo che siate passati, Nord ripete le fiori, Est annuncia anche le quadri e Sud contra.

Ora cosa dichiarate?

Quando una linea è in completo misfit le probabilità di poter combinare qualcosa di buono sono praticamente inesistenti.

Questa smazzata è capitata al primo Simultaneo Europeo disputatosi nel novembre del 2000.

Se avete deciso di entrare con 2♥ una coppia ben attrezzata vi punirà e pagherete 800 contro nulla, pensate che NS giocando a cuori possono realizzare una presa in più delle vostre!

Se Est non ha fiducia nelle vostre capacità di valutare la mano e su 2♣, ripete le picche o licita le quadri, se la caverà con un solo down, che però contrato fa -200 e comporta lo stesso un risultato molto brutto.

Pensate anche che se entrate con 2♥ e Nord, invece, di contrare, compete a 3♣, un'eventuale qualsiasi licita di Nord a livello di 3 vi farà pagare quanto meno 500 punti che costituiranno un bello zero

NS con i loro 19 PO (2 in meno dei vostri) stanno decisamente meglio perché possono realizzare 2SA (+120), che è il par della mano, o 3♣ (+110).
