The play is NT and South leads the Queen of Spades. West is squeezed in three suits. If West discards either the 9 of Hearts and/or the 9 of Diamonds, South plays the 9 of Spades from the dummy.
If, on the other hand, West discards the Ten of Clubs, then South overtakes the Queen of Spades with the King of Spades, and plays the 9 of Clubs from the dummy, taking the two tricks.
