Questa
convenzione è stata ideata per sfuggire al contro punitivo sferrato
sull'apertura di 1SA (specie da chi usa giocare l'Apertura debole con
12-14PO o con 10-12PO) e ricalca la tecnica usata dalla convenzione
DONT.
Lo schema
generale prevede che il surcontro venga usato dal rispondente per mostrare una
Monocolore, mentre le altre licite a colore mostrano una Bicolore ed, infine, il
passo mostra una Bilanciata.
In tutti i casi
il Rispondente è debole ed esclude tassativamente di poter giocare un contratto
di Manche.

This convention has been defined to escape
the punishment double against a 1NT opening (especially playing the weak 1NT
10/12 or 12/14 HCP) and it recalls the DONT convention.
General scheme asks for re-doubling (by the
Answerer) to show a weak hand with a single suit (5+ cards), whilst other bids
show hands with two suits and pass a balanced hand accepting to play 1NT.
In all cases the Answerer is weak and definitely
excludes to be able to play game.
