Allan Siebert è nato il 25 gennaio 1952 a Little Rock dove tuttora vive ed è fratello dello scomparso bridgista americano David A. Siebert (Chattanooga 28 gennaio 1940 - Little Rock 17 marzo 2021) che giocava e vinceva spesso in coppia con la moglie Suzanne.
Allan ha frequentato la Hall High School in Arkansas e la Vanderbilt University di Nashville ed è un professionista di bridge a tutto tondo.
Allan ha avuto una figlia di nome Sosha.
Assieme a diversi altri titoli, Allan che si diletta anche con il golf ha vinto 5 NABC ed ama sia la bicicletta che la lettura.
