Kenneth Wilfred Baker baron of Dorking è nato il 3 novembre del 1934 a Newport ed è un politico britannico membro del Parlamento ed ex ministro del partito conservatore di cui è stato anche presidente.
Laureato in storia al Magdalen College di Oxford ha preso nella stessa università anche un master in diritto internazionale.
Insignito di tre dottorati ad honorem da tre diverse università, ha vissuto a lungo nel villaggio di Betchworth non lontano da Dorking, oggi vive ad Ilfor presso Lewes.
Suo figlio Oswin è un membro di spicco del partito laburista.

Kenneth Wilfred Baker baron of Dorking was born on 3 November 1934 in Newport
and is a British politician who is a member of Parliament and a former minister
of the conservative party of which he was also president.
A graduate in history from Magdalen College in Oxford, he also took a master's degree in international law from the same university.
Awarded three honorary doctorates from three different universities, he lived for a long time in the village of Betchworth not far from Dorking, today he lives in Ilfor near Lewes.
His son Oswin is a prominent member of the Labor party.
