Eugenie  AKKERMAN

Eugenie Akkerman-Kooistra è nata a Leeuwarden il 18 giugno del 1920 e nella seconda metà del secolo scorso è stata per oltre venti una colonna della nazionale olandese ed una giocatrice di risonanza europea.

Oltre a molti titoli nazionali, a livello continentale ha vinto ai Campionati del MEC con la squadra femminile olandese, un oro nel 1967, un argento nel 1971 ed un bronzo nel 1977.

 Eugenie si e spenta all'Aja il 14 settembre del 2015.

  Eugenie Akkerman-Kooistra was born in Leeuwarden on June 18, 1920 and in the second half of the last century she was a column of the Dutch national team and a player of European resonance for over twenty years.

In addition to many national titles, on a continental level she won the MEC Championships with the Dutch women's team, a gold in 1967, a silver in 1971 and a bronze in 1977.

Eugenie passed away in The Hague on September 14, 2015.
